Group Training


Group training is a phenomenal way to get stronger and fitter and keep motivated in groups of  3-12 people while having a great time! These functional training oriented, total body workouts incorporate all major movement patterns and planes of motions. Every group training workout can be scaled for a wide variety of fitness levels, but high-intensity effort is assured! Your body will get stronger, metabolism faster, your cardio-respiratory fitness will improve and you will watch your body change!


What to Expect

Functional warm-ups are incorporated into the beginning of every group training class to prepare a full range of motion and neuromuscular activation. Form is strictly coached throughout the workout to minimize any risk of injury. Workouts may be varied by structure, timing interval, or many other variables so it never gets boring! You may be using kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX’s dumbbells, tires or lots other fun toys… I mean equipment! This type of group training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. Upon signing for a package, everyone is required to do 1 individual training session, for movement assessment, goal coaching, and medical screening, and 3 sessions are highly suggested.
